Terms and conditions
1. Account customers will be invoiced after the completion of each job. Payment is required within 14 days of receiving our invoice.
2. VAT the current rate is 17.5%, which will be added to all customers. VAT is fully refundable to UK companies, and individuals who are VAT registered. Non UK businesses and individuals need to take advice as to whether they entitled to reclaim the VAT.
3 For non account customers a deposit of 50% is payable to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable except in the circumstances where the company, due to causes beyond its control, cancels or, at its discretion, agrees to cancel the hire. So it is advised that clients thoroughly checked their pickup details, flight number, arrival times and date.
4. When a booking is made the company will advise on the best time to be picked up. Taking into consideration the day, the time, and the prevailing Traffic conditions. The company will use every means to ensure that vehicles arrived on time to begin the hire and that it reaches its destination on time. The company will not be responsible or incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes or circumstances beyond its control.
5. On making a booking clients will receive confirmation via e-mail, fax or postal services giving full details of booking made, bookings are not complete until such confirmation is received.
6. Our chauffeurs will follow the route most appropriate on the day of travel normally the most direct. Unless instructed otherwise by the client. However should this result in the extra miles or time an extra charge may be levied, we will not accept responsibility for traffic delays or consequential losses incurred by the unpredictable incidents or the events beyond our control.
7. Vehicles are insured for passenger and third-party claims, as required by law. Our insurers will not cover injury caused by passenger’s irresponsibility such as not wearing a seatbelt or opening doors before vehicle has come to a halt. Should a passenger cause damage to a vehicle, the full cost of any repairs and loss of any work whilst a vehicle is under repair shall be passed on to them.
8. By law small children require additional appropriate restraints. Unfortunately we are able to provide child seats or restraints. It is the adults entire responsibility to make sure any children in his/her care are properly secured in the vehicles.
9. By law smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
10.If for any reason the class of vehicle booked is unavailable at the time of carrying out the booking we reserve the right to upgrade. If is not possible to upgrade the vehicle we shall contact the person that made the booking and reconfirm any changes.
11.
